iGoogle

iGoogle is a great way to stay organized throughout the day. Create your own calendar, to do list, goal planner, alerts, and more!  Google Reader and Google Docs are other handy applications.

My Day

Morning

  • Wake-up, orange juice with vitamins
  • Meditation to quiet mind, focus
  • Stretching, light exercise, breathing
  • Healthy breakfast (oatmeal with mixed berries & nuts, fruit)
  • Review my daily planner, local newspaper, answers today
  • Twitter my goals and agenda for today

Throughout the Day

  • Take a few deep breaths from time to time
  • "A Mind at Rest Performs the Best"
  • Smile (think of Happy News and Feel Good News)
  • Drink plenty of water

 Evening

  • Reflect on the accomplishments of today
  • Ponder on my short-term and long-term goals
  • List the things for which I am most grateful
  • Read a book or magazine before bed
